What. Huskies and Ted's aren't enough?

UConn, my alma mater, is not appealing enough to kiddies who like to do things other than study, so they are building a new town on campus funded by state and private sources.

How about that! Now we can all go out and party more hardily in Storrs! Yip! Yip! Someone has oodles of money. It seems to me that they could charge less for students to get their degrees and they could actually get through in 4 years? Novel, yes?
