The Commandments are racist. (If you're a moslem extremist.)
"In the Netherlands, artist Chris Ripke reacted to the murder on Theo Van Gogh by an islamic fundamentalist by painting a mural with the text "Gij zult niet doden" ("Thou Shalt Not Kill"), one of the ten commandments of the Christian religion. But because the head of the nearby mosque complained to the police that this was 'offensive' and 'racist', the cops came and sent in city workers to sandblast the mural. A local journalist, Wim Nottroth, who wanted to protest against this by standing in front of the mural was arrested."

The Imam has to be reacting to something other than the 10 Commandments.
As we all know, those were given to Hebrews by way of Moses, before the first Jew, Abraham, existed. And also before the religious split of Jews and Muslims with Isaac and Ishmael (Abraham's sons by different mommys). Muhammad is a direct descendent of Ishmael, making him a direct descendent of the man Jews consider the first Jew, who was a Hebrew and therefore came under the 10 commandments.
So, the use of the 10 commandments, per se, is not racist without better context since it is a common background to Jews, Christians, and Muslims.

(Yes, it is fun!Having Christians, Jews and Muslims in the family, atheists too, is certainly interesting, informative and downright multicultural (in the politically correct sense of the word!)Thou shalt not kill is a perfectly good command but killing to protect oneself or to protect your own is the best protection from evil.
