Found this "little" guy in a rather unhappy state on the front porch today. He's about 5" across from tip to tip. (And missing half of his tail.)
No electronic fiddling with this one. It is just as exported from the raw data.

I believe that it is a luna moth. It may have been attacked by a bird or it may have been hurt when it was drying out. That's too bad. They are pretty but only live about a week.
