A banner day for rape victims everywhere...

Not that it matters much, given the atrocious conduct of the Colorado judicial system during the aborted Kobe Bryant criminal procedings, but the judge presiding over the civil case is probably going to release the identity of the victim yet again.

Maybe this is good and will reduce the number of women hiding behind a veil of annonymity when they falsely accuse a man of rape because he dumped them for someone else.

Or maybe there could be a reduction in actual victims reporting crimes because they fear being dragged though the mud.

I don't know. But I wonder if the feminists care? I haven't heard them jumping to this woman's defense yet.
