First is the screw that was sitting on top of the throttle plate loose.



Next are pictures of the throttle body itself. I'm expecting it will need an entirely new intake manifold and potentially a new motor because of the amount of metallic debris generated while this thing was in the process of failing.

Something few have ever done.

I got to do something at work today that few people on earth can say they've ever done. I was able to climb around inside the largest Yankee dryer ever cast. It's 18' OD, 306" wide and weighs 409,000 lbs. That's one huge hamster wheel.

OK, so maybe it was only one ton, but it's still a lot of frickin' concrete to mix and pour by hand. Pictures to come.
