Anybody know if the bird was a moslem?

Man who stomped pelican that stole his fish pleads guilty to animal cruelty.

When a pelican nabbed a fish that Daniel Richard Moreno had caught on the Newport Beach coast earlier this year, he turned violent, stomping the bird, authorities say.

Rest of the story here.

I wonder if I will only get community service if I stomp a moslem for stealing our national dignity?

Team Spirit Fail

Can anyone spot it?

Deepwater Horizon RCFA

So BP published it's initial RCFA on the causes of the Deepwater Horizon explosion and sinking.

Full documentation available here.

Already the media is publishing crap. I am in the business of Failure Analysis and am an impartial observer to the BP process. I have read the entire report and believe that they have done a decent job determining the physical causes as well as many of the latent causes of the disaster. They deal with the facts and not with the typical ninth-party fourth-hand inuendo so much of the media likes to use.

I'm sure that Transocean, Halliburton and Cameron will have their own reports out eventually and the comparisons should be entertaining.

PETA responsible for Salmonella outbreak.

This is awesome:

The money quote:

"Costco's inspections at Hillandale, which were done by an outside firm, were focused on ensuring that the hens were handled humanely, but the auditors should have noticed the rodent holes, Wilson said."

Thank Christ the fucking chickens were OK. TFB for the people who died. Maybe this is part of the Discovery Channel terrorist imbecile's master plan to thin out the human race and help the poor animals.
